The campaign’s demands are: “The firing of Frashour, Humphreys, Walters and all other killer cops–including those responsible for the death of Keaton Otis; Open contract negotiations between the City of Portland and the Portland Police Association; An end to mandatory arbitration in the Portland Police Association contract.”
